At Sunytopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our wall art and fine prints. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with UK consumer laws and our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products that have been altered, framed, or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email contact@sunytopin.com with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our fault.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure and specify the replacement artwork you’d like. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
