1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
